Bulletin 5/22

Good morning, today is Monday, May 22, 2017!!!!!

  • Next year's Criminal Justice course is now open to 9-12 graders, if interested and you have not already signed up for this course, please go to the counseling office.

  • The last class meetings of the year will be today during advisory. You will be selecting officers for next year as well as planning your budgets.

  • Anyone interested in High School Volleyball next year, needs to meet in the commons on May 25th at 3:30.

  • GEAR UP is having an amazing Spanish immersion camp June 12-16th.  It will be held in campus and will be filled with fun and interactive activities. The last day will include a day at the Chelan waterslides! There will be a sign-up sheet in the counseling office. See Ms. Miller for more details.

  • The World Culture Club will meet in Ms. Miller's room today at lunch.

  • Cheerleader tryouts will be tonight at 6pm in the gym.

  • The Oroville Scholarship Foundation is looking for 2 volunteers from the JH and/or HS to ride on their float and help pass out candy during the May Day parade. Please drop by the counseling office to sign up.

  • There is a mandatory Running Start tonight at 6pm in the high school commons. Please go to the counseling office if you have any questions.

  • Cheer tryouts will be May 22 at 6:00pm. Practices will be May 15-19 from 7-8 am in the gym before school. Please sign up in the office and pick up a packet to bring to the first practice.

  • All 7th grade students again will be dismissed 5 minutes early for lunch this week for having the lowest percentage of attendance issues!!!

  • Coronation practice will be tonight at 6 p.m.

  • The deadline for the Mule Deer Foundation is May 8th by 3:30. Information is available at the counseling office.

  • The Oroville Scholarship Foundation is looking for 2 volunteers from the JH and/or HS to ride on their float and help pass out candy during the May Day parade. Please drop by the counseling office to sign up.

  • Juniors who signed up for the SAT, and are riding the bus, please come see Ms. Miller or Mrs. Peterson to get a permission form and print your entrance ticket.  The bus will be leaving at 7:25am sharp tomorrow morning.
